"Wonderful stay great host wonderful breakfast I would stay there again"

"There was no AC in the room. There was a unit but it was not running. I explained this to the staff and they did nothing. The same with the guests next door blaring jazz music all night long. The staff did not even come to the room to address the issue. I was to have had a six night stay but checked out the very next morning. I will not be returning."

"Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos."

There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the...

"Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
