"Stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist who helped us checked in was very nice. Ahe also recommended to rent a motorcycle so we can explore anytime we wanted to go out. Without the motorbike, I dont think we would have seen Lombok's natural beauty and its villages. Our overall experience was unforgettable. Thank you!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rinjani Lodge. Though I did not hike Rinjani, I wanted to be at the base of it to enjoy walks to waterfalls and enjoy the view of the volcano and forest from the lodge's lovely infinity pools! The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner stopped working one night and by early the next morning they had already fixed it. They have efficient laundry service. I read some complaints about the food menu at the restaurant, but I appreciated the variety of options...

"Es war schönes Erlebnis, Strand vor der Nase und Swimmingpool vor der Tür. Jeden Abend haben wir schönen Sonnenuntergang gesehen, es war mega schön, kann nicht beschreiben. Hotel Personal waren ganz nett und hilfsbereit. Restaurant war schön, viele Möglichkeiten zu essen. Frühstück war auch schon dabei mit Zimmerpreis. Man kann nicht meckern."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....
