The police are a constant presence. The train literally is the backyard of the motel. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing.

It is a pretty rickety old motel 6, but it was clean. It had a fridge (yay) but no microwave to make what we put in the fridge edible. Really guys, you can't spend $50 to put in a microwave? The IHOP next to the hotel and the Applebee's one parking lot over are good dining options.

Home again...

Stayed for 2 nights and slept great. Very much appreciated having a smoking room. HBO on the TV...all good. I grew up in the neighborhood and it was like coming home. I shall return, to quote General McCarthur.

I know some people don't like trains but when that rooled up for an hour or so stood back and relaxed from the rumbleing of the freight train berry cool!

I’m not a snob, just want decent, clean bed and shower. Those were fine. When we walked in the room, it smelled like decades of cigarette smoke had permeated the place. The clerk did ask if we wanted non smoking. Got used to it and the beds were comfy.

The staff at the front desk are very nice! Unfortunately, the building and rooms are disgusting. Our original room stunk so bad, the door was broken and would'nt even latch, and there was no hot water at all. The only room they had available to put us in was a smoking room, so that room stunk too, but at least we had hot water.

Definitely a pass

The place smelled of weed and there were hairs on the bed and towels. The only reason it didn’t get a 1 is because there were no critters. Front staff was nice but will be avoiding in the future.

Clean room, friendly réception employee. Though we were told all beds are queen size, that, they are not. Double beds at best. Not a lot of room for two adults and 2 small dogs. Comfortable though. Would return.

Bed was comfortable and the price was right for an easy place to rest but pipes taped with duck tape to hide holes in bathroom. Definitely not a quiet area. Stuff was very nice though. They was were very helpful and friendly and time I came to the desk. I would stay
