Spotless! Comfortable Beds! Chelsea was very friendly, efficiently made check in a smooth process! Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon since this is our halfway point to visit our daughter in College Station, Texas. We normally split the ride going and coming, and have used almost every hotel and motel in the area. No more looking. Will book here from now on.

Hotel was nice and room was clean. Great amenities in the room. Only complaint was the bed and pillows. I understand comfort differs for everyone, but frankly the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I didn't sleep but maybe an hour and woke up sore the next morning. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and the staff was wonderful.

Free Wi-Fi was not available to guests,,.it may have been due to storms in the vicinity. I usually book directly through the hotel with Hilton honors and get discounted rates with free guest wifi included, not sure what my connection problem may have been. Glad I had the option to book prior to arrival, totally did not miss the wifi.

Television malfunction.

Our TV was not working. Our desk assistant came to our room to fix it. It took her quite a bit of effort to reconnect and get it running, but as soon as we turned it off, it was right back to malfuncitoning.
