"The bathroom is the same as it was in the 50’s and shows the wear. The owner was kind and welcoming but overall the entire hotel needs some renovations. When we turned on the HVAC it smelled musty and it pervaded the room during the night we were there. The caulking in the bathroom was far from clean. I would rate this middle of the road and perhaps worth the low-ish price. But would we stay there again? Probably not. Don’t expect this to be a truly 4.7 hotel if you go!"

"Was an excellent experience!! Our room had 3 queen beds and it was nice for all 3 of us to have our own space and get a good nights sleep! We also had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and free wi-fi. We would highly recommend giving the Blarney Stone a try!"
