J'y retourne cette année

L'hôtel était facile à trouver et le personnel très sympa. Le repas du soir excellent et copieux, le bar sympa et le petit déjeuner très bon. Seul bémol, le paiement de la réservation n'apparaissait pas dans le système informatique.

China business

Very nice local stuff. But property- out of any standart. This is very cheap China style hotel. Feeling was they save everywhere. Even toilet paper they give for 2 times. A lot things are half broken. Furniture is used to long. Beds are smelling. Savings from owners on each step.

Very nice staff but so noisy that it is impossible to sleep with tv, doors and people talking all night long in the corridor or other bedrooms

Het is smerig en uitgewoond . Heel gehorig . Douche was stuk , airco en tv deden het niet . Tot mijn verbazing lagen er condooms in het nachtkastje . Kreeg er een raar idee bij ! Ontbijt was erg matig . Te duur voor wat je krijgt .

The owners don't seem to care

Aircon was not working in the room, Aircon not working in the Private Bar and we had no hot water in the middle of a very cold June in Leostho. You have to ask for everything. WIFI only works in the private bar, but the aircon is not working, so you freeze whilst downloading your pictures

When we arrived we were left waiting for 35 minutes before being attended to after we had to demand assistance. There was no one attending in the bar area where we were sent to wait. No cold beverages nor ice available. Although it was 16:00 there was no room ready because according to them they didn't receive our booking through Hotel. Com. We had to wait for the room. We were offered dinner on the house to compensate for the whole unfortunate situation. In all not a nice reception.

Accueil insatisfaisant. Nous avons attendu dans le restaurant de l'hôtel 40 minutes pour avoir les cafés que nous avions commandés. La chambre devait être prête à 14h, elle ne l'était pas et nous avions été orienté d'une chambre à une autre pendant 20 minutes. Lors du dîner, au restaurant l'accueil était froid, pas un mot du personnel pour nous orienter à table ou nous expliquer le concept. La chambre est mal insonorisée et nous avions eu du bruit dans la nuit et au petit matin. Néanmoins, la chambre était propre, assez confortable et les réceptionnistes plutôt sympas. Aussi, nous avons eu le plaisir de voir la neige.

Double Trouble

We had a very shocking experience. Back home I sent an email to the hotel, for attention the manager. As yet I still haven't had any response from them. After booking online, I received confirmation of availability, booking and payment, receiving a reminder 3 days prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we waited for 27 minutes without being acknowledged (she was booking a group of 6). She was not aware of our booking and asked to see the emails. How is this possible? While signing in, she began to talk to other people standing behind us and we had to interrupt her to attend to us again. She confirmed to having a room for us. At the same moment we arrived at our room, a man was hastily exiting the room with arms full of shoes and other stuff. Another person inside was removing clothes from the cupboard. She waved us into the room. We did not enter and asked her what was going on. She told us that they were still cleaning that man's room, and that he just put his stuff in this room while waiting for them to finish. Still cleaning at 18:45 in the evening? I believe she lied to us, because the people who booked in just before us, all received their room keys there at reception. So how could this man have a key to that other room (apart from his own room's) if it was not given to him? She gave us the key to that hastily evacuated room, expecting us to occupy the room which had been used by someone else moments ago. I was not prepared to accept such treatment, so we left.

Ne recommande pas

Nous ne sommes restés dans cette chambre...que 30 mn ! Glauque, bruyante et viellotte, la chambre nous a fait fuir (et c'est pas la salle de bain qui aurait pu nous retenir !). En plus, le personnel n'était pas hyper avenant. C'est en cherchant pour manger le soir (car la salle à manger de l'hôtel et les plats ne nous faisait pas envie) que nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel, au même prix beaucoup plus sympathique.

Irgendwo im nirgendwo. Für eine Nacht okay.

Es gab Probleme mit der Bezahlung - ich musste also zweimal bezahlen (wird Rückerstattet) was weniger erfreulich war... das Abendessen war verhältnismäßig teuer, wenig und hatte etwas von cafeteria... Die Zimmer sind weniger einladen, man könnte mehr daraus machen ohne größeren Aufwand.

Friendly, comfortable and convenient

Absolutely amazing staff made our stay an even better experience. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything necessary for a comfortable night. Location is great as it is right on the main road running through ThabaSeka. Restaurant offers limited selection as we were the only couple staying, but the food was delicious and very affordable. Definitely recommended for a quick stop-over.

Vi kom desværre sammen med 150 lærere der var på workshop. Der var plads til 30 i spisesalen. Maden var ok. Der manglede vand. Fik varmt vand de 2 første morgner. Den sidste morgen var der ingen ting. Måtte betale ekstra for kaffe og the hvis vi ønskede at drikke det til morgenmad.ingen service overhovedet.ingen borde udenfor. Ivrigt kom en og tog stolen på værelset!

End of the tar road

Hotel at the end of a majestic drive from Mantsonyana to Thabe Tseke. Only central hotel with a reasonable restaurant and well appointed air conditioned rooms. Town itself offers little but those with a 4x4 can access hiking and fishing. Only spoiler was the noise from a wedding party until the early hours. Check your room is far away from the hall if a party is in the offing and use your ear plugs. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure parking on site.
