"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

"Great area for a quiet holiday. The beach was superb and all of the vendors and shopping along the roadway made the experience even better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Thai massages were phenomenal! "

"For us the Villa with own pool is the best option to go for. Last time we stayed we had breakfast and diner included whereas this time we went for all meals plus two cocktails each day and a treatment each in the Spa. Having all meals was a mistake as we found that we couldn’t eat everything but for those with a large appetite it would be worthwhile. We would like to mention the lady who made up our Villa every day. Her name was Amm and she was a treasure being super efficient. "

"Wir hatte 1 Deluxe Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Beistellbett ist aber eher für Jugendliche geeignet. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, bekamen Upgrade auf einen Bungalow, und danach auf ein Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer wegen zu kleinem Beistellbett. Top. Die Familienbungalows sind etwas außerhalb der Anlage aber kein Problem. Generell ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Liegen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Jetski fahren möglich.
