"The hotel is in a convenient location where there are lots of food options and walkable within the old quarter of Ha Noi. The room and bathroom are spacious, it has a rooftop bar that offers a great view to Hoan Kiem lake unless it rains (lol)
What stood out to a seasoned traveler like me is the superior services by the service staff, very personable and willing to please. One staff who stood out during my stay was Anna (Phương) who was working at the breakfast restaurant, I noticed that she has a very personable attitude toward all the guests during breakfast. I rarely see that kind of services at the luxury hotels that I have stayed at so my hat off to Anna.
There’s an area that hotel management needs to focus is to have the maintenance staff trained. There was a water leak above the commode in my bathroom and it wasn’t fixed properly so the leak happened again a couple of days later.
I didn’t know that the hotel will arrange a transportation to the airport for you free of charge until my Grab showed up so the hotel reimbursed me for the cost of my Grab ride. Wow, never had that happened at any hotel I have stayed at until now."
