Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. "Do not stay here on the off season if you don't have a car! There are no taxis around! The floor heat was never warm enough and it went off at night so we woke up to freezing weather. The bed heat pads were nice, but we ended up going to bed at 5pm to stay warm."

From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. "We were surprised at how clean and nice the property was. The Korean style bathroom is updated and well maintained. They provide sensible amenities. Their home cooked style breakfast is a must try. "Exceptional, peaceful sanctuary with view of the lake. Very clean. Nice deco. Pristine condition. 3 min walk to emart. No eateries nearby. Roads are not v walkable as there is no pedestrain walkway. Few street lights at night. Cabs easily available with Kakao T app. The lady who checked us in was v kind, helpful and caring. Speaks very good English. Enjoyed our stay. Will come again in autumn. Take note there are no elevators but staff offered to help with our luggages."
