I got charge for the room by Expedia, then the hotel charged extra for high demand on the day I checked in. Imagine booking a plane ticket with Expedia, and it happed the traveling day is a high demand day. How much extra would I have to pay to fly or have to cancel the trip??"

"This is our go to stop when we need a place near the airport. We were sad when they started charging for parking but they aren’t the only hotel doing so. Great bargain for a nice place overall. "

"The property was under construction and my room had missing baseboards. More than that it smelled HORRIBLE. When I tried to wash my hands the water barely sputtered out of the faucet and smelled like sewage. "

"Shuttle was easy and accessible so it went well, was disappointing i needed a iron to freshen clothes for interview and none available, but overall super clean and would visit again sometime!"

"Rude staff, breakfast wasn’t good. Wouldn’t allow 21 year old check in by himself without parent being there even when name was on reservation and called and confirmed this was ok due to flight delays. Paid for two rooms conjoined but was changed to two rooms side by side so n different floor than requested. Staff was arguing with each other at front desk."
