"It was a place to sleep. The staff was not very helpful, speaking English would help. No discounts for first responders, senior citizens. I guess my expectations were too high for this stay."

"Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

"DO NOT GET A ROOM NEAR THE STAIRWAYS! Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. Thankfully our room was renovated and looked fresh but the rest of the hotel was a complete construction zone. Smoke alarm began chirping at 11pm on our first night. I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone up. Waited patiently for 20 minutes...

It was after check in time and they had to physically go upstairs to talk with housekeeping to see if there was a clean room available. Later that night I called front desk because our room had no hair dryer. They said they would “try” to find one. No one came. My husband had to go downstairs and ash again. The breakfast wasn’t worth eating. We went elsewhere to eat. Our shower head was terrible and...
