"The location of this hotel is excellent. However, there was blood on the bathroom floor, stains on the sheets, and the fridge reeked of beer. When we asked the maintenance crew to give us five minutes to get out of the room, the cart was outside our door so we assumed that they would return and change the towels. They did not. The gentleman who checked me in was lovely; however, there was no one in the office when we checked out."
"This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat."
"The phone, shower head and amenities were lacking.
Except for the gentleman who check me in (Steve) I really didn't see anyone else. He seemed to be working there 24 hours.
The lampshades on the bed lamps were broken and gerry rigged to stay on . The phone was broken and the shower head dribbled until I fixed it myself.
For the price I paid, over a thousand dollars for 2 nights...I expected better.."
"The king deluxe suite was large enough for a family. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook meals. The in room jacuzzi was comfortable for two. The outdoor pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for the guests. The indoor pool was large as well, though a bit noisy.
The views were very nice and the location is relatively close to Williams town, Pittsfield and Lenox. Lots of museums and other sights in the area.
Overall a very nice location for long weekend or a full...
