"Room Was clean. Its an older style place, but facilities are all there. Guest Kitchen was great. Only complaint is there was no fly/insect spray abd we had a huge spider in our room so had to get my flipflops and whack it one to kill it. But apart from that was a great stay. "We enjoyed that it did not take long to drive to other places of interest, such as Queenscliffe, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. Point Lonsdale shops were quite nice too. The property is a comfortable size. The rooms were quite spacious and furnished with just what is needed. "
