"Room was clean, great staff, ok wifi, close to bus and mall"

"Room was falling apart! Pet chew marks on the furniture, molding in the kitchen coming off, sticky carpet, door knob came off on day 3. Had to fix it myself as the maintenance man was gone that day. Charged twice for early check in and who knows what else. Got yelled at by a drug addict for doing my laundry. Had a friend with me as a witness. Staff is amazing though. "

"Bed was perfect. Noise cancellation was great in the room. Shower was okay. The water was warm and the curtain wouldn't stay in place and was a bit used adn torn. "

"This hotel was very disappointing. It is not in a very nice area, the rooms were very basic and only adequate for the stay. They were in need of renovation and there was a musty smell around the hallways in the room. Will definitely never stay there again. I expected much more from the Hilton name. "

"No toilet paper holder- will or was there but broken, very dim light in the bathroom, the walls, floors, windows in the hotel were dirty. Mattress had spots. But tv worked great, the room door was very secure, fridge worked "
