"I enjoyed my stay- great property and service. However I was very surprised that upon checkout I was told I owed $200 for selecting a “package” that included a daily resort credit and free bike rentals. I was there for work and never would have opted in for this. I feel deceived and disappointed that when I checked in it wasn’t called to my attention and given the option to decline it."

"What a pleasant stay. This isn't staff that checked us in.We're absolutely wonderful. They helped in so many ways. We had our car loaded, heading to tennessee.They put us on the right side of the building to keep an eye on. The room was really clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.
