"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. I will use you again if I get some satisfaction in response to this message!!!"

"Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was made fresh daily by a chef. Property was super close to town. Staff are VERY friendly. Would definitely recommend this property. Bonuses: fresh cookies daily, happy hour, fireplace in the room, excellent shampoo/body wash/hand soap/lotion Minuses: slow draining sinks, ground floor rooms are a little noisy, ice machine is upstairs and outside."

"The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with free electrolytes in the mini-fridge and there was a Nespresso with plenty of pods. It also smelled really nice. There was a spacious semi-private outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Staff was helpful at the Spa, though the Lobby / Check-in person was kind of awkward. Maybe she was new. The grounds are huge and it's easy to get lost, so be prepared to do lots of walking or continuously call for a golf cart to chauffeur you around. It's also kind of confusing the way the "rooms" (which are stand-alone units) are numbered, and I couldn't figure out the order or logic behind it. That said, it was lovely, clean, and the amenities are incredible. Guests get free access to use the sauna, steam room, salt room, and adult-only heated pool for free, but have to make a reservation and have one hour to use the spa facilities."
