"We had a third floor room that was ocean front and the view was perfect. The rooms need work. The dressers are old and need repair. It was nice to have a microwave and sink. They charge you $30 extra to get in your room before 4 pm even if it is ready. You are definitely paying for the view and being steps from the beach, but it makes it worth it. Ship Bottom is a great central location off Rt 72. Joy & Salt Cafe right next door has excellent food so another plus."
