"This was more of a motel experience at hotel prices than we expected - the pictures online don't make that clear. Unless you have a room in the building where the pool and lobby are, you need to trudge through a parking lot to get to your room. The room itself didn't feel 4-star. The hem of the draperies was ripped and hanging on the ground. The overall decor, and especially the bathroom, were a hodgepodge mixture of decorating styles and eras, all of which felt like they could use a refresh. The pool area had covered chaise lounges, which looked appealing from afar, but at closer range, the cushions had so many stains on them that I didn't want to sit on them. The location is excellent, I will give it that, but for what it ended up being in reality, I will look for other options in the future."

"They took a $150 deposit from me, but they never gave it back and didn’t explain why. We drank one bottle of wine in the room, so okay, maybe that’s $40, but the other $110 just disappeared. Other than that, the hotel was okay."

"General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing."
