"Keycard readers are in need of replacement. In the 2 days we stayed there we had to replace our keycards 3 times to get into the room. Overall a decent hotel but is in need of some updates. We heard many other people complaining about their cards not working also so it wasn’t just a problem with one room."

"Breakfast was inconsistent from day to day. The first couple days were just fine, but the last morning we stayed they only had one waffle maker and cereal and the coffee was watered down."

"The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. "The actual room seemed to be clean and it was comfortable. The lobby/common area was dirty! Not swept. The lobby bathrooms were GROSS! They had no paper product except for a box of tissues and they smelled like a men’s urinal. This was 7:00am, so not enough time in the day to have gotten as dirty as they were. "did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good."
