"The rooms are not carpeted, so slippers are a good idea. This also contributed to more noise above us. The room was not as cozy and spacious, as I'm used to, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast options were great. Something for every taste. I needed to use the hotspot on my phone to connect my iPad. It could be because it is a bit older. My daughter has a newer version, and she had no problems."

"This hotel is a scam. After I arrived a day "late", they cancelled my reservation and forced me pay *again*. I received no refund."

"As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

"Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard"

"The hotel wasn't a great location. I was in town for my mother's funeral. This hotel is not handicap accessible. My room had a stench of a smell in it. The bathroom trash can was covered in ants, which I had to remove and place in the hallway. Rust all over the towel racks in the bathroom! I would not recommend this property to anyone!"
