"Great place"

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. "After making reservations 6 months in advance we got to the property and the employee couldn't find our reservation, even though they charged my Amex over $1100.00 the day before.. We had to rebook with another hotel last minute...We flew in from California....Candalwood suites stranded us without an explanation...Very poor customer service!"

"The rooms were nice on the site and in person. However I experienced mold on the ceiling in the restrooms and the pull coach mattress was filthy. Overall the staff was helpful and the beach view was amazing."

"Has running water and air conditioner. A/C turns off when any window or door is opened. (No vent in bathroom, so if you crack window A/C turns off) Doors do not close well, due to rust; therefore A/C stays off. Not as appears in photos; only some rooms have kitchenettes. They do not acknowledge customer requests and front desk lies. The halls and stairwells are nasty. All hinges, doors, windows and locks are rusted. Paint is peeling. Mold in bathrooms. "The kids love this place. They have activities for adults and kids. Beach is easy to get to."

"First of all, the lobby windows are nasty, rooms are very outdated and nasty. Door to room and door to balcony was very dirty! The reason I booked was because of the brand name. I e NEVER in life seen such a filthy hotel. (Motel)"

"If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access. Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit. Good coffee in the lobby 24/7."

"We liked the views from the balconies, the place is very dated and I had to get a towel to mop my room three times, it was just a place to shower and sleep. The pool was ok too crowded. Would never ever go in a crowded pool. Breakfast was ok nothing great. Would I stay here again probably not."
