"Staff were really helpful. They helped us change the room as the one we got was a smoke one and we wanted a smoke-free one. But the room maintenance is terrible. Floors are sticky and have cockroaches in the bathroom"

"Our reservation was messed up thru no fault of our own. The staff at Spark in Rahway not only fixed it and honored our reservation, but upgraded us to a suite which was roomy, clean and just fabulous at the rate I was originally promised. They didn't have to do it but they did. Customer Service is friendly and superb. I will be booking at the Spark again in the near future. "
