"First room had a huge blood stain on matress. The girl at the front counter was super nice and tried her best. Had to call manager to get approval to switch rooms. Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude. "

"The room was just ordinary, nothing special ...the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with everyone especially the kids I saw.....the free breakfast included 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage...HOWEVER, for some reason, the eggs and potatoes and sausage ran out at 9:15am (the free buffet is open until 10am)....many people kept arriving after 9:15am, but no new eggs nor potatoes nor sausage were ever brought out...everyone was disappointed"

"The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating."

"This Comfort Inn was a great value. At the time we were there, the parking lot was getting repaved, so parking was a challenge. Beyond the parking challenges, the rooms were quiet and clean."

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I...

"I initially booked a 2 queen non smoking room, called the day we were due to arrive to verify that we could have a “no pet” room. I asked to confirm the room type and they said we were in a king room. I told them that is not what we booked through Expedia. They stated because they oversold for that night they had to change our room type. I told them that wasn’t what we booked and we had 4 people. Not our fault they oversold their hotel. "Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. "

"Everything was clean, the room was great, breakfast was great. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is its lack of accessibility. There is no elevator to the second floor and the carpet on the main staircase is a pattern such that the stairs blend in. It would be very easy for someone to miss a stair and take a tumble. Fix those two issues and you would have a raving fan. Not the best place for older guests or those with mobility issues."

"Very nicely appointed independent hotel, close enough to town to walk to just about anything. Excellent view of the lake and park. The kitchen was great for a break in eating out and having a home cooked meal. Just wished we stayed longer. We're planning on staying here again."
