"We arrived very late, so the staff were accommodating, but I guess tired because their weren’t as friendly as we’ve experienced in the past. (We have stayed at several sleep in’s) Everything is outdated and old, however it was clean. No evidence of any bugs or anything that shouldn’t be there. They need new beds desperately. We could feel the springs. It’s do able for a quick overnight, but for a longer term, may be uncomfortable. We stay there knowing you get what you pay for. "

It would be helpful a clarification of the policy regarding hotel frequent customer benefits when booking through Expedia as a third-party reservation platform Thank you"
