LivAway Suites Phoenix-Surprise

"Well. Our AC went out. It was summer in AZ. 92 degrees in the house. Had to take my bride and our puppy to the LivAway Suites. What a fabulous decision. We were planning on staying a couple of nights at the most. Well, it ended up being about a month!! This is an extended stay hotel. There is no daily cleaning service. It’s new. It’s clean. There is a small kitchen. This is not your typical hotel. So if you want daily room cleaning, and a pool, and room service, this is not for you. However, if you want a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced room with a very friendly staff, then this is 100% for you. Everyone was fantastic! From Stormie, Colton, and David at the front desk, to the GM, Alex, they were all great. Extremely friendly, very helpful and polite. The main maintenance guy, Felix, was also top notch. We ran into Alexis a few times, as well as some of the cleaning staff,(I feel terrible for not remembering your names), but they were all wonderful. I can’t thank everyone there enough. So kind. Thank you for taking care of us for 30 days!! The only thing I will say, and it’s not negative. There were some entitled people there that thought it was acceptable to just leave their trash outside their doors. If you read this, and that was you, DO BETTER!!! Take your trash to the dumpster!! The kind people that work there are not your servants!! If you want daily room cleaning, book a different place!! Thank you again to the staff at LiveAway Surpise!! We will see you again!"

"Very nice clean room & bathroom. The staff was amasingly efficient and courteous, especially our greater (wish l remembered her name). We traveled with our family dog and welcomed well. Close to tons of shopping & restaurants. Only downside was no free breakfast, but knew this beforehand. There is an onsite restaurant if you want to eat in.Will definitely return when in area."

"This is a special place with beautiful grounds, nice pools, good food and drinks and a very helpful friendly staff. There are lots of different activities you can participate in or just relax. It was completely underutilized during our stay, I assume because of the hot weather. I’d recommend staying here and will be staying here again."
