"Very disappointing experience. The first red flag was the trash sitting outside the front entrance when we arrived. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and went inside — the lobby looked clean, so we decided to bring our luggage in. However, things quickly went downhill. "Staff upon check in was great. Room was clean and smelled great. The shower was nice and spacious but was built bad because a lot of the water drained out into the main bathroom, there was not lip to keep the water in the shower. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the run off in order to not have a slipping issue in the middle of the night. Luckily the towel cart was out that morning so we grabbed a few on the way by. "The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties).
