"The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!"

"Quiet given it's right off the main drag of Clarks Summit. Easy access of the highway. Rooms are modern. For inexpensive no frills hotel, it was fine. A place to sleep was all I needed."

"The room was very dirty, there was a roach in our room, there was a pink stain on my bed. I also found someone else's clothing next to my bed. There was hair all over the bathroom and all over the floor from previous people. Our phone was not plugged in and there was no phone jack so I couldn't call when the TV didn't work . They did send maintenance to fix the TV . The staff there were very nice . There were a lot of cats and that was a good thing, and I wish I could have pet them."
