"Nice facility, good location. Downsides: 1) Generic breakfast offerings, 2) charging $12/day for outdoor parking in a location surrounded by open fields?? And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in."

I know we all have bad days, but I’m sure you have a set protocol for check in conversation. I took pictures of the towels and I put that blood stain towel on the floor and the little one that was on the sink was dirty..
