"Staff was very nice and pleasant. Check in/out was very quick and easy. Room was clean and prepared nicely. Room was easily accessible. Only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very weak and the toilet was not secured to the floor very well. Other than those two issues the stay was very good."

"The valet was very helpful in explaining how to navigate the self park garage. Walking into the lobby, there was no signage as to where check in was Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. We waited for almost 5 minutes before a lady came up. She seemed like she didn't enjoy her job very much. We paid for a king room with a balcony overlooking the river She put us in a handicap accessible room overlooking the roads in downtown with just a slight view of the river. Not really what we thought we would get for the extra money. It was just one night so we let it go. The young lady at the bar for the manager's cocktail reception was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast the next morning was very good The room was clean and spacious and the hotel lobby area was nondescript and a little underwhelming."

"Check in was very easy and personable. Very clean room. Breakfast was simple, but good. Grounds could use some clean up/organization and pressure washing. But this was a great place to stay for a night while we did some hiking in the area!"
