"The balcony floor was extremely dirty, the bathroom was falling apart, and the toilet facilities were not adequate. These issues made the stay quite uncomfortable"

"They didn’t have available the two queen suite I paid for. Stated they were overbooked and it was expedias fault the “3rd party”, that the room they sold me wasn’t available… !! Also, wouldn’t give any money back for the issue, I just got a lower room category which was a disgraceful way to handle it. "
