"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting! Stains, bugs, trash! This was after moving rooms from the first room due to it being slept in and dirty upon checkin. The front desk stated they could not give me a refund and I would have to talk to Expedia and now Expedia is saying that the property will not allow a refund. The front desk worker explained that there has only been 1 housekeeper there for months. We were in town for a friends birthday and had to checkout out to go find another hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could!! Now I’m out all this money and the hotel is saying I checked out at 1126 am this morning when in reality I had to check out at 1030pm last night to go find another hotel. So now I’m out over 300 dollars for a one night stay for a friends birthday. Honestly ridiculous and I WILL NEVER BE BACK. "
