"This hotel at a different location would be at 1/4th the price
Staff is amazing but too much, overwhelming most of the time.
Entrance to the Machu Picchu park is limited to the same times as the masses of tourists which diminishes the value of staying up at this lodge significantly.
Food was very good"
"The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. In the context of how small and isolated Aguas Calientes is, this property is a solid choice and a great value. "
"They were extremely helpful and nice! The place was close to everything. Had our breakfast ready even though we left early for an excursion. Place was cute and clean. "
"Friendly staff and the hotel is in an excellent location with shopping and dining options nearby. The staff met us at the train station to walk us to our hotel."
"The hotel has a lot of potential to be one of the best, but at the moment it ain’t too much mole, and bathrooms has leaks. The staff is 5 stars, but the property is 2 stars the location is perfect "
"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."
