"Excellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here. Definitely recommend."

Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. "Run away from the "KIng William" room 109 and Expedia. The shower controls were not working. The on/off control was not working so as you turned it, it went from off to trickle to off and anywhere in between. The hot cold went from cold to maybe warm, to off to trickle. What the heck. The second night I was allowed to go to room 106 so that I could take a better shower... newer controls but no hot water at all. On to room 105 with a working shower. If we had booked the place ourselves,...

"Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Breakfast menu had a good choice, I chose a full English, which was lovely. Great choice of beers at the bar, at least six of which are brewed in house. Wonderful. Only stayed one night should have been two just to taste those beers."

"Room in the town house was clean an tidy, bed very comfortable. Shower and bath a very good size! The only thing bad was the noice from the main high street, as we stayed there on a Saturday night and were woken up a few times. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. would definitely recommend a stay."

"We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was amazing! Easy to talk to, and always available for any questions we had. The rooms were great. Big room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."

"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...
