"Worst stay ever — avoid the freeway side! I booked this for a soccer tournament weekend, hoping for a quiet night and a solid breakfast for my daughter. Unfortunately, it was a total fail. Pros: The room was modern and clean, and the staff was nice. Cons: 1. The Sound: The hotel is "freeway adjacent," but the doors and windows don't block any noise. It sounded like we were on the tarmac of an airport all night. There should be a massive warning about the noise levels on the freeway side. 2....

"The rooms weren’t clean; floors were dirty, lots of long hairs on the bathroom floor, and dust all over the room which was gross in my opinion. Regardless is the rooms aren’t used frequently, staff should routinely perform housekeeping to keep guest-ready. Additionally, housekeeping did not come to our room as scheduled, so twice I had to call the front desk and ask them to send housekeeping to complete a full service. "

"Room was really dirty a lot if thinks was broken ceiling was falling and when we asked to change the room front desk people were very rude and didn’t want to change it there was a lot of arguments and finally we got the room. That looks as a motel but price of hotels. Take any other hotel avoid this one."
