"The room itself was decent and mostly clean, although the bed was way too stiff for my liking. My biggest issue was the atmosphere around the bar area. Two out of the three nights I stayed there, the bar was packed with loud people openly acting like they were under the influence, which made the place feel uncomfortable and honestly a little unsafe. I expected a more relaxed and professional environment from a hotel and spa. The actual room was fine, but the overall experience was dragged down heavily by the crowd and lack of control in the common areas."

"Good clean hotel with plenty of amenities. Parking can get very limited on the weekends due to all the activities and restaurants in the same area. There are paid slow EV chargers in the underground parking garage which should be good if the vehicle is left overnight. The area where this hotel is located at is very convenient as the nearby restaurants offer a good variety of food. 10/10 would recommend."

"My stay at Staybridge was amazing. I was checked in by Cassidy, who was vey nice and welcoming. My room was perfect and made me feel right at home. Very clean, new and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying there again when i come back to Dallas."
