"We had an amazing 10-night stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially towards our 3-year-old, which made such a difference for us as a family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Over the course of our stay, we built genuinely lovely relationships with many of the team. A special mention to Hnin, Irfan, the GBR Manager, who was consistently attentive and professional, Suri the chef, and Paramjit along with the rest of the security staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout our stay. One of the most thoughtful highlights was the surprise birthday decorations and a beautiful fruit spread arranged in our room after the staff found out I was pregnant, which we had not requested at all. The attention to detail was incredible, and they even included images from our previous visits, which was such a personal and touching gesture. It truly made us feel remembered and genuinely cared for. The level of care, warmth, and personal attention we received made this holiday unforgettable. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families seeking exceptional service and heartfelt hospitality. 🌴✨"

"I actually stayed at Mileo for a total of 28 days, and it was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long while. The service is way above par, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable as possible, nothing is too much. A massive shout out to Amona, Oraz, and Ksezia (I think that's how you spell it, sorry) at reception, who are the shining light of the front desk (along with everyone else of course, just too many names to mention. The gym facilities and spa are also top grade, and Claudia the manager is the absolute best. A great PT too, so if you want to get a session in, I would highly advise. Will be back time and time again. In fact, I’m hoping to stay longer term at the residences, and after speaking to the general manager Hossam, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
