"What a fun hotel experience! If chain hotels are vanilla ice cream, this place is homemade bourbon pecan with caramel drizzle. It's a boutique hotel in a beautifully transformed older building, full of character and personality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "Pillows are terrible! I usually bring my own (yes,I am a princess with a pea problem) but couldn’t this time. They were like sacks of potatoes. Otherwise, stay was pleasant, staff was great AND the shuttle has helped me numerous times!"

"The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated."

There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !"
