"The hotel was run down and sad looking, the photos on the website must have been taken a long time ago. The pools were gross, the first night we tried to go to the pool - one was green, the other had a turd sitting on the bottom. Tried speaking so someone at front desk about it but the line was 6 people deep so I sent a message on the app - never got a reply. The first night I called to ask for a new remote, also sent a message on the app, went into the office to ask again the next day, they finally dropped one of 3 days after I first asked, 30mins before we checked out. Breakfast was basic with long lines even though he got there before 8. I wouldn’t say there again."

"Beware of Strict Management at this property! I witnessed 3 families get removed or asked to leave property and one the lady manager called sheriff to get them out All because they had over the 4 people max per room!! (I know one family had 6 but it was children also) I heard her say it was a fire hazard and she would refund their money. I just felt the manager was over worked and overly watching cameras and harassing guest. I had two rooms for 7 people but I felt bad for those families. "

"Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. "

"The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again."

"Hot showers!! Love it The parking lot looked sketch but it was quiet so don't let that run you away. Staff was nice and respectful. Our room smelled like cigarettes upon entering but we used spray to get it to go away. "
