"Great hotel! Im giving 5 stars because the things that are expected they nailed. Clean room 5 stars, friendly staff 5 stars, location 5 stars, price 5 stars. The extras that i thought were nice. Our room was very spacious, plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The breakfast while simple, did the trick (especially since we are not big breakfast people). It was nice to have the shuttle to the universal park as an option. But to be fair i wouldnt put too much stock in this amenity. They drop you off once a day and pick up is way before the parks close. So my son and i never utilized this option. Uber was not expensive for us to go back and forth to the park each day. Overall i would 100% stay here again when in the orlando area"

"Our stay was absolutely fabulous! I've traveled to many different places and countries and by far this was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! It was clean, check was easy, and the staff… especially Jaeden was amazing! I highly recommend staying here for vacation or a staycation. "
