"Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! "The air was not working properly and they told us to just open a window which was a problem becasue we have a baby and needed to control the temperature and keep him safe and sleeping. They didnt care."

"The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We arrived at about 12:00 noon. She helped us checked the room and found it already available, so she let us checked in immediately. That’s really very kind and thoughtful. We appreciated it very much."

"This is a very nice hotel close to everything. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a bar downstairs that claims to have 1400 different types of whisky. I was very satisfied with my stay and would love to return to this hotel. Highly recommended!!"

"From before check-in to after check-out this is an elegant, sophisticated, exceeds expectation for attitude + food quality, so many small touches done well: soft backlight behind the toilet to see at night, electric candles in fireplace to turn on/off by switch, etc Comfortable, peaceful sleep. "We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I...

"The most important part was the location of the hotel, central to Wien downtown. It is also very quiet given its location. It is very good that the tourists wishing to have Sachertorte are in outside rooms and not in the central part of the hotel. I would say one small negative thing. Newspapers should be given out to hotel guests instead of having them to share one in the hotel lobby"

"The location is great for visiting Vienna. The front desk were helpful but they were not at the dedk at all times. The room was clean and nice. There was no temperature control units in the room and we had to regulate temperature with opening and closing the windows. Considering that the hotel is near a busy street, the noise was s big issue when the windows were open. We also encountered a towel with a hole in it, which is definitely not a deal breaker but it was a bit out of character for such...
