"The location is nearby many restaurants and shops. The units are basic, but have what you need. Unit was very clean. The noise from adjacent units is clear. When the cleaners were in the unit above it was very loud. The stairs from the sidewalk to entry door are fairly steep with narrow steps. There is a narrow curving staircase to reach second floor units. Typical old apartment building issues, but travelers with mobility concerns may struggle carrying bags up and down the stairs. "

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

Que dire de l’hospitalité du propriétaire qui nous offre le café et condiments nécessaires pour le petit déjeuner, pas de la grosse gastronomie mais agréable. Malheureusement le spa n’était pas ouvert mais je peux m’imaginer les moments de détente à passer sur la terrasse vue sur...

"Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood."

"Very large room with high ceiling and full kitchen--great for families. Great location. Good breakfast selection--cereals, breads, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt."

"I love this place. It's very streamlined and simple but has all the amenities you need. And the price is fantastic. Jist a 2 minute walk from the Berri UQAM metro hub. They must have done a recent overhaul. It's an old building, but the rooms are modern and very clean."
