Both the limited bathrooms and the single shower were not even remotely acceptable for 60 people. I can't believe that these very limited personal cleaning facilities were acceptable under...

"Great spot, great amenities, very very nice place. Would love air conditioning or a free breakfast, but I loved the shower and the bed was so soft, and in room tv and speakers were awesome. Also the breakfast options were really good and the outside elements were very pretty. Also super close to public transport, so that was a plus!"

"This hotel is very unique, and in the best neighborhood. The staff is excellent and having a pool and suana on the premises, especially for international travelers who are weary, is amazing. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The bar manager is sweetheart and just makes you feel welcome. This is not the holiday inn. The rooms are tiled and it was an old public pool facility, but that is what makes it so interesting. I recommend it highly and always stay here!"

"We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient."

"Check in was easy with digital codes sent to your phone our room was lovely, no aircon but a good fan for cooling. Our first night was with very noisy neighbours below until around 3am, however we contacted the team via what's app and from then all was peaceful and great would definitely stay again"

"Spacious room with enough room for our suitcases to unpack. Comfortable bed, clean linens and very clean shower. Close to public transportation, bakery, Italian restaurant, shops, shopping mall, and lots of other stores close by. Easy to access, quiet place, no disturbance by others. Friendly communication. It was enough for what I needed it for: sleeping. We did not use the TV, fridge, kitchen, courtyard trashcans etc. so I cannot say anything about it. Definitely, good enough to return again."

"Room was large and clean. It is apartment style, so no amenities or food on site. Rooms only get serviced once a week. If you see a staff member, you must ask for clean towels if needed. Very conveniently located next to a mall, cafes, restaurant and the subway. Lots of choices for breakfast and snacks. If lucky, you can get a free parking spot on the street. The keypad to get into your room is a little touchy. Be sure to turn the handle the direction of the arrow, and push hard on the door."
