Keys are needed to use the elevators. 4. Proximity to tourist attractions: It's a 25 minute uphill walk from here to Old Montreal tourist attractions. I took a cab each time to get there. Cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes each time. 5. Proximity to food: There are numerous cafes, pastry spots, and several restaurants within 10 minutes walk."
