"The hotel is extremely well located. Though the rooms are on the small side, which is expected for Paris, it is in a very charming neighborhood. It’s about a 20 min metro ride to all of the major attractions, walking distance to the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Pigalle. I absolutely loved the location. I travelled solo and this hotel will definitely be on my list of fave hotels in Paris."

"Really nice front desk, but 3 concerns. 1.) I came 1 hour after their check in time and they still didn’t have the room ready. Very annoying after a long travel day. 2.) The same cleaning person came in 3x while I was sleeping (within the same hour), waking me up each time 3.) The pillowcase had a large stain on it so the cleanliness was questionable. All valid concerns so I wouldn’t stay here again."

"I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, right near the Place de Clichy in Batignolles. It felt like it was in "real" Paris and slightly outside of the tourist zone, with lots of character and amenities--MANY wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars nearby where I could sit and watch the world go by, plus all of the conveniences, including pharmacies, bookstores, convenience grocery stores, bakeries, the metro, and a laundromat or two. "I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I’ve stayed at several different properties around Paris over the years, and this was by far the nicest experience I’ve had. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the showers were excellent. The workout room is small but perfectly adequate, and the breakfast, especially in the outdoor dining area, was a fantastic way to start each morning. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Habe das Zimmer „Trocadero“ nur wegen dem Jacuzzi, für 2 Nächte, gebucht. Am 2. Abend wollten wir diesen nutzen, doch es stellte sich heraus, dass dieser nicht funktionierte. Die Rezeptionistin war bemüht, konnte uns dann aber nach 30 min Jacuzzi testen ihrerseits, schlussendlich aber auch nur einen Zimmerwechsel oder das Spa für 1 std zur privaten Benutzung als Entschädigung anbieten. Nun, am letzten Abend um 22 Uhr das Zimmer zu wechseln, war uns dann verständlicherweise doch zu mühsam und den...

"We escaped the heat for a weekend in one of the suites. We had a comfortable large bed, super air conditioning, a bed for our son, small sofa and great shower/bath. The room was also very quiet. Staff were very nice and the breakfast buffet was quite good. All in all we were definitely happy with our decision."

"This is a gorgeous property with excellent service almost directly across from the Mouli Rouge and super convenient to Montmartre. The bar staff is super friendly. Rooms are tiny yet still sumptuous. Did not use the spa but they have one. Issues: Lights in room are extremely difficult to operate or understand. Toilet in separate location from bathroom (with no sink) is a bit weird. Hallways very dark. Location a bit too close to the sex shops in the Pigalle."

"Clean room that was fairly spacious. Appreciated the mini fridge which doesn't seem to be a common amenity in French hotels. Room was quiet and comfortable. Few caveats; the drain in the shower was very slow, had to keep turning off the water to let it catch up. Second, one elevator didn't seem like enough, it was pretty slow. Other than that, great neighbourhood and nice hotel."

"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins.
