"Friendly staff, far size room for family of 4 big bathroom with hot shower and good water pressure, had a small outside area with chairs and table which was nice for fresh air, room was cool with air conditioning, breakfast was fresh and adequate for a small hotel, there was a noise outside the room which you could hear throughout the night which was a bit annoying but overall a nice stay."

"Room was clean but dated, old stains but nothing too bad. Hairdryer did not work and no effort to fix or provide replacement. The bed was incredibly comfortable though, all in for the price very workable.night time noise was at a minimum. "

"I was first thinking the room was so small but it turned out to be perfect! It was absolutely comfortable! I appreciated the choice of heating for the chilly nights! Having a Smart TV was also helpful to watch videos from my phone. Breakfast atmosphere and food options were wonderful!! I will stay again and would definitely recommend to others planning to visit Paris! Peace and love! Merci!!"

"Excellent location and really nice and helpful staff. The price was good for the area. But my particular room was underwhelming. The carpet was dingy, worn and well past its prime. There was a large torn hole in the shear drapes of the main window. The bathtub had some patches in the porcelain that were not professional looking. There were cracked ceramic tiles on the tub walls that were repaired but didn’t look good. There was nothing earth shattering wrong. But put them all together and it really formed a perception of an old dingy room that hadn’t been maintained very well."

"The breakfast that is provided at a very reasonable price is well rounded, and provides for a variety of choices. Location to Metro is close, and restaurants, cafes, and stores are close by as well. Staff is friendly and very helpful in answering questions or obtaining services within Paris. Would stay there again."
