"1er Etage SoPi has both the comforts of home and the services of a hotel (without the fuss). We stayed for 2 nights in December 2025. We were in Room 2 which was on the ground floor. The breakfast was excellent, continental but plentiful. The Pigalle area was also great, lots of dining options, easy access to Montmartre and the metro to take you elsewhere."

"A wonderful stay just outside the busiest parts of Paris, which made it feel more local and relaxed. The hotel was impeccable yet very comfortable and welcoming rather than formal. The front desk staff were lovely—special thanks to Magalie, who was incredibly kind and accommodating when I changed rooms midway through my stay. I’d happily stay here again."

"Staff were excellent and so was the location so its sad to write a negative review. Beds were very uncomfortable as pillows lacked any firmness. The spa amenities mostly didnt exist, it was a gym and a sauna. There were no breakfast facilities as mentioned in the description. "

"Nice hotel, sleepless nights My daughter and I were in Paris for a few days to celebrate my birthday and I booked this hotel as it was close to Moulin Rouge, which we had tickets for. I read the reviews and most were acceptable and I noticed it had sound proofing and other reviewers had said it was quiet, but perhaps they meant on a quiet street. There was no sound proofing at all as the walls were paper thin. I could hear the guest in the room next to me who had a mobile phone on all the time...

"A lovely boutique hotel with very welcoming staff who went out of there way to help. The central location made it easy to get around Paris. We had a standard room which was a bit tight on space especially as we were travelling with 2 large suitcases but very clean with modern facilities"
