"Everything was great except for the fact that there was no hot water. We were told this at check-in but weren’t offered any kind of discount. The only options were to stay anyway or find another place. "

Since there were no staff there, there should be an N/A in the question about whether staff were helpful. A staffless venue worked well since I got good instructions well ahead of time. It really is a beautiful place and a very enjoyable stay."
