This is my home away from home place! You get free dinner and the BEST breakfast buffet ever with your stay! Plus the indoor pool and hot tub! There is a thermostat in every room to control requirement. It’s just simply the best hotel ever seriously I absolutely love staying here!!!

We appreciated the cleanliness, staff help & the super comfortable beds & pillows! Made our long drive so worth it! Also appreciate the cups & creamer in our room. Wished the casino didn’t allow smoking or if the Beacon53 restaurant would open at 4pm instead 5pm but again no worries-was great.

Had to wait 40 minutes in line to check-in, only one person working. That person was very nice for being as busy as she was. The room was larger than most hotel rooms and seemed clean. At the complementary breakfast there was only one urn of coffee, and it was completely empty. 😢

Room exceeded expectations and came with a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows with Lakefront view of Lake Michigan and a great view to the north of the city. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay there again when in Chicago!
