"We stayed two nights had two rooms, asked if we could have tea and coffee as we was sitting in garden room, told no unless we had breakfast, we was told to bring tea/coffee down from our rooms!! We said not it was a health and safety issue, they could have given us tea and coffee free, premier inn ..."
