"It was spacious and (too) warm. Breakfast and reception staff very lovely and helpful. Difficult to find reception in the dark as estate signage is a problem. Not enough towels in the room for two people but reception rectified immediately, which was a good response. Door to loo didn’t close properly and we could not turn off the towel rail or radiator, but we reported and hopefully these small glitches will be rectified. But good value, convenient location, a comfortable bed and strong shower."

"I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled...

"This is a really bad hotel the pictures don’t show what you get for your money the rooms are really tiny with no windows or fresh air it’s a prison cell and smaller of damp we had to move straight away "

Hotel is set in beautiful grounds; also close to Piccadilly line underground station. Standard rooms have no air conditioning. All in all lovely place. I will definitely stay again."
