This family-style hotel is a great value for the money. The grounds are quite lovely, the room is basic, but spacious, and the breakfast is a step above most comparable hotels that offer breakfast. Staff are incredibly helpful (we had both our parking fee waived, as well as as a late checkout granted). ...

Clean room. Polite and helpful staff. Although we came for a New Years Eve show resteraunt was great and right off the lobby. Had a great time.

Staff can improve hospitality instead of just saying no to everything or just act to be supportive while have no real intent of helping customers! I request a room upgrade and which was denied and I saw guest next to my room who got room upgrade!! The resort is beautiful but staff is not so humble ...
